You can receive an official 8-week mindfulnesstraining individually, characterised by a mindful attitude: aware, conscious, without judgment. Nothing is too crazy for me, just being as you are, so that you slowly can master this basic attitude yourself.
Preferably I would like to meet you in person, which is possible in Amsterdam. Of course we can also meet online, in case this location is not convenient for you.
