For organisations I organize various workshops (e.g., work-life balance, stress management & mindful communication). In addition, I am hired to give the 8-week mindfulnesstraining (MBSR) at work. The MBSR training has proven to be effective in reducing stress, improving interpersonal communication and work efficiency.
