Official 8-wk mindfulness (MBSR/MBCT) trainings as well as the follow-up training in self-compassion (MBCL) are regularly given. Currently, everything is provided online via a secure platform.

Research shows that students -especially PhD students- are dealing with high workloads and additional stress-related mental health problems (e.g., anxiety, depression). Based on scientific evidence and my own experience, I am developing a training (NL/ENG) for (PhD) students, containing elements from both mindfulness and self-compassion trainings.
